Our vision is to change the way the world experiences caregiving.
Not by making it easier — caregiving is hard, and pretending otherwise helps no one.
By changing how caregivers experience themselves.

PRESS ON CO. IS BUILT FROM LIVED EXPERIENCE.It exists because caregiving changes everything — your time, your identity, your sense of what is possible — and yet the world still expects you to keep showing up as if nothing has changed.
We're here for the people who are managing careers and families and grief and logistics and love, all at once, largely alone. Because you shouldn't have to choose between the life you built and the people you love.
Hi, I’m Lindsay.
For more than two decades I've worked at the intersection of leadership, growth, and innovation — now at Atlassian, and before that, ten years leading teams and businesses at Google. I know what it is to hold a demanding, fast-paced, high-stakes career.
I also know what it is to get a phone call that reorganizes everything.
For the better part of my decade at Google, I was caring for both of my parents — from across the country, while working full time, while being an executive and a wife and a friend and a person trying to hold her own life together alongside theirs. I became the person everyone called. The one who coordinated the caregivers and managed the appointments and held the pen in every room that had forms to fill out. The one who did not cry in meetings.
I also burned out. Quietly and completely, on an otherwise ordinary day. And nobody saw it coming — least of all me.
What I built during those years — out of necessity, out of stubbornness, out of the particular determination of someone who refuses to let important things fall — was a system. A way of organizing time, energy, and priorities that made space for both ambition and care. A set of tools and frameworks and hard-won rules that made the unsustainable survivable.
Both of my parents have since passed.
Press On Co. comes from the other side of that season. It is the playbook I needed and didn't have — the one I built slowly and expensively and largely on my own, and am now sharing with everyone who is still in the middle of it.
You don't have to figure this out alone. That's the whole point.
